Your role: To start ideally in January

Under the supervision of your team leader, you will take part-in stimulating projects and assist with the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

• Assist in internal audit and compliance assignments 
• Help draft reports and contribute to recommendations for improvement
• Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and research for business development
• Participate in risk assessments and gap analyses, and assist in designing remediation plans

Your profile:

• You are pursuing a master’s degree in finance, Law, Economics or equivalent
• You are looking for a 6-month or a gap year internship
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French, or conversely
• You have a strong interest in regulatory topics
• A first experience in this field would be considered an asset

We are currently looking for a Compliance Senior Consultant to strengthen our team: your experience and expertise will enable you to be a leader in our team of consultants! If you want to make an impact in your job and evolve in a professional environment that promotes human values, we would be delighted to meet you.

Your role: To start ideally in February.

As part of a team of more than 25 consultants, you will work hand-in-hand with the managers and closely collaborate with our partners to ensure the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

• Manage the end-to-end KYC lifecycle, including onboarding analysis, periodic reviews, formalizing risk assessments, following up on the approval decisions and escalating high risk situations.
• Conduct rigorous screening and investigation of PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media hits.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients and complex transactions.
• Support the operational teams on all AML/KYC/KYD matters.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and audits, ensuring files are compliant for internal/external examinations and Compliance Committees.
• Drive continuous improvement by drafting internal procedures and supporting transversal Compliance projects.

Your profile:

• You hold a master’s degree in finance, Law, Economics, or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of successful and significant experience in internal audit and/or compliance, ideally in Luxembourg, in the fields of Banking, Life Insurance or Financial Services.

• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French, or conversely; additional European languages are an asset.

• You have expert knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements and risk-based approach implementation.
• You are capable to manage complex client interactions with a professional demeanour.
• You are growth-oriented, proactive, and organized, with sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
